Welcome to GadgetJuice. These Terms of Service govern your use of the GadgetJuice website, https://gadgetjuice.co.za , and purchases made through our online store.

1. About GadgetJuice

GadgetJuice Pty Ltd operates an online retail store offering consumer products, gadgets, accessories and related merchandise to customers in South Africa.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction is required due to an obvious error or applicable law.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not necessarily accepted until:

  • Payment has been successfully received;

  • The order has passed any necessary verification checks; and

  • GadgetJuice confirms acceptance or begins processing the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock inaccuracies or inability to deliver to the selected address.

If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include PayFast and supported payment options.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.

We do not knowingly retain complete payment-card details on our own systems where payment processing is handled by an authorised third-party payment provider.

7. Delivery

Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners, primarily Fastway Couriers.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, remote-area coverage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, refunds and defective products

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, designs and other materials—is owned by or licensed to GadgetJuice.
